Located in the heart of a bustling tourist hub, this restaurant really stands out among the surrounding fast-food options. The menu offers a thoughtful variety, and the view overlooking the bay and Lido island ferries.

Full transparency, I was expecting a better fish and chips, especially for a spot in the Newport Beach area, but they more than redeemed themselves with an amazing clam chowder that was rich, flavorful, and perfectly comforting. My main course was swordfish, and it was cooked beautifully, moist, well-seasoned, and full of flavor.

Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy a meal that feels a notch above the usual tourist fare, with a nice balance between location, atmosphere, and quality. Before I forget, thanks to Zach for an amazing service.

The Landing at Newport Beach is a must-visit! Its great location is just the start. The food was amazing, especially the fabulous zucchini and delicious steak & chicken kabobs. And don't miss the superb bread pudding for dessert! What truly made our experience fantastic was the amazing staff, with special shout-outs to manager Carlos and our very pleasant hostess, Jenna. Definitely worth stopping by!

Service can be hit or miss depending on how busy they are. But on the whole it is wonderful. The bartender knows his business and mixes great drinks. The food is second to none. I had the Clam Chowder bread bowl. Honestly I have never had better. We went back twice just for it.

Deserved 5 Stars. Was strolling through New Port and thought I gave this restaurant a try. Ordered three dishes: ahi sashimi, blue-chucked oyster, and seafood ceviche. The sashimi was very fresh, straight from the ocean. The oyster? So savory that you won't forget. The ceviche was a very good finish. Very good view of the shores. Very friendly servers. I recommend this a place to try in Newport.

Shrimp Scampi was amazing, the cheese garlic bread was good too, all the shrimp was bathed in buttery goodness, coconut shrimp was probably the best I've ever had. Shaun was a good waitress

I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant with friends. The location is so beautiful and the server we had omg what a doll! she was so sweet, her name was a funny one I think steal steel or something like that, she is short and blonde and a pip! the food amazing and she offered suggestions and really made our experience great. We loved her, and we will be back for sure and will ask to sit in her station!!!Well done Newport Landing on this young lady, a good representative for the restaurant and amazing food!

Made a reservation online..drove an 1hr 30min only to discover the restaurant was closed that day. Now granted, I can understand an emergency. But once they discovered this would interfere with the reservations that were made..they should've had someone designated to calling each guest and personally informing them. Not everyone lives in the neighborhood so it was a great inconvenience. Also, it was unprofessional and shows how little they think of their customers time.
