Way to crowded. No respectful communication from manager or hostess. Felt like cattle and no one realy cared. Waited 2 hrs. Had a reservation but was still never seated 21 minutes after our time. They cared more about to go orders then sitting customers already in restaurant. We left and ate at McDonald's and taco bell. True story. Will never come back to this location. ✌️

We had a reservation and waited over an hour with zero updates. No communication, no apology, nothing. Completely disrespectful of customers’ time.
Management clearly doesn’t care, and staff lack basic common sense when it comes to handling reservations. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My visit to your restaurant was extremely disappointing, and the rating reflects the poor and inattentive service we received. From start to finish, the experience fell far below acceptable standards: •Staff was unresponsive and disengaged, despite the restaurant not being overly busy. •Basic service expectations — greeting, timely seating, drink refills, order updates — were either delayed or completely ignored. •Several requests had to be repeated before anyone acknowledged them. •There was no follow-up and no effort made to correct or improve the experience. I chose P.F. Chang's because I've always associated your brand with consistent quality. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet that standard in any way. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so improvements can be made for future guests.
