We came for Sunday dinner with our 2.5yo toddler (part of the Irvine Company kids eat free special). Our server Yazzie was very accommodating and patient with all of our spills and messes. We were seated within 5-10 minutes. Everyone at this location was very friendly and in good moods. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and would come back in a heartbeat during the kids eat free season (other times during the year it’s just much easier to eat at home with a toddler haha).
August 2025
We dined at PF Changs in Fashion Island today for our Anniversary. We made a 11:15 reservation. When we arrived we were greeted by the manager,Lisa who was so nice and recognized us by name and said Happy Anniversary. We requested a window table which she accommodated us with that had a great view. There was a Happy Anniversary Card on our table with a card for a free appetizer on our next visit. Lisa asked if we had any questions on the menu and recommended a few favorites....

Our company recently placed a catering order with the PF Chang's Newport location and the customer service was phenomenal! We attempted to place an order online and ran into some difficulties, so we decided to call in and Sabrina assisted us with our order. She was extremely thorough and helpful, ensuring everything was noted down just right. With her help, we were able to successfully bring in lunch for a team member's surprise party.
