The food at Panda is consistently good from store to store, but this store stands out just a bit from others I have been to in the Orange County area for good, friendly service.

The food is good don’t get me wrong I like Panda Express especially the Cerritos location, but specially the manager Javier is a person who makes the atmosphere unwelcoming to the point you don’t want to eat there. I had gotten my food and noticed the employees were doing tasks around as they were preparing to close the store. I overheard a higher up speaking to one of their employees in the rudest manner. Even I felt uncomfortable and felt bad for the worker because the way he spoke to her was degrading, rude, and completely disrespectful. This is very unacceptable behavior for a manager and just as a person in general. Again the food was good but the people there need to have a hard reality check.

I ordered, but they made me wait for so long and didn't even apologize, they just kept taking other people's orders. I've been waiting for over 10 minutes and I'm still waiting.

closed an hour early because of a ‘power outage’…and the lights are on. don’t even bother coming to this location.
They had nothing in stock at 5pm i waited 15 minutes and they only stocked one item in that time. Theres no point in waiting for each item to be stocked cause by the time they have something you want everything else is gone or old.
