Came in on a very busy Valentines day and realized i placed the pick up order for an hour later. Ella stepped right up and handled the situation immediately... very appreciative of her and the entire staff..

Hands down the worst panda express ever. How does corporate never see these reviews or do anything? They are ALWAYS out of 3 or more items, sit on their phone for a couple minutes before helping you, and are generally annoyed by your presence. Probably time I call corporate with all my free time.

Food was not really fresh. Missing most entrees. What really ticked me off that they closed the soda machine with people dining in. They closed it at 8:15 when they close the store at 9:30. What kind of service is that. The kid who closed it seemed pretty clueless why I was annoyed. Seriously bro, people are still in the store. No wonder your working fast food.

This is the closest corporate owned Panda Express to the UCI area - since UCI does have it's own Panda, but it's run by Aramark and quality there is pretty bad. This corporate PE lets you earn reward/use email offers. Food quality is good and the variety is great as always. If they don't have the entree you want - depending on what time it is - they'll usually offer to cook a fresh batch for you if you're willing to wait. I typically get a side of chow mein, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken and/or mushroom chicken. Service is cheerful and the workers are friendly. If you dine in, there are a few spacious tables, and noise level isn't too bad. There is outdoor seating available as well - shared with the other nearby restaurants. The staff can be seen constantly cleaning/wiping the tables, especially during rush hour. Plenty of parking in the lot anchored by the other stores - but for easier in/out - I like to park in the back - behind the shops.

Today I visited this place, but the service was terrible. I ordered my favorite dish and their containers were empty. so they gave me a small portion and only vegetables. They serve very little. I'm not coming back here.

Relatively clean location. The kitchen staff smiled at me when I came in, pick up was later than expected but I think its just because of the customers in store. I guess its more of a corporate standard, but I feel like the entree portions got sooo small! My bowl was pretty much rice with one layer of food just enough to cover though it might have been because of the deal. The new chili shrimp is pretty good, not too saucy or oily but it's still deep fried. The add of dried chili to the shrimp is nice.

I have always loved Panda Express and was super excited they opened a location close to me. At the beginning when they opened everyone was very professional and food was delicious, especially the Orange Chicken. Fast forward to Friday and I came in to noisy joking around employees at front counter AND they have changed their chicken because it is not good at all. I had a few other people tell me the same, the chicken is just not the same. Orange chicken is terrible. Yuck! Not coming back.
They burned my chow mein twice and my Kung pao chicken

If you need your order fast, this is your best option. Every time I eat here I don't have to wait long and the cashier who is there SARAÍ C is always very kind to us.Parking: If you order online, they have exclusive parking to arrive and pick up the food very easily

Dulcet took my order and was a bit sparky and rude. When the order was picked up ot was missing a main dish, another was completely wrong containing ingredients im allergic too and missing the rice. $17 bucks should have been enough for the two of us but not today. When we picked up, we asked if the order was complete since it didn't look like it was and was told it was good. No orange chicken and the mushroom chicken ordered was replaced with something else containing red peppers which I can't eat.
