The service is 👎🏼. Did you know the broccoli cheddar soup has fake cheese? Or the salads all are saturated in soybean oil? Check out the ingredients I was disgusted. The people are rude as well. The coffee needs to be better quality for a bakery place. The portions are tiny ! Btw.

12/11/24 food poisoning after having their toasted italiano sandwich. Absolutely destroyed my stomach. Was the only meal I had that day and I usually have an iron stomach. Seems like I'm not the only one after some light research.

The people who work there are very rude! They always get our order wrong and when you order a whole size, the bowl is not even half full! Might as well order half size and that’s even half the size. Not worth the money or time. Mendocino farms is much better. Mendocino Farms gives you a generous portion, very friendly and very delicious. Mendocino Farms food is so fresh, much tastier than Panera Bread, great customer service and they give you a full bowl. Panera is cheap and a rip off. You won’t get what you pay for.
