I had to be at an appointment this morning. Thought I would stop for a quick drip coffee. I discovered that they were busy with online orders and it took quite a while to get my coffee. I asked the lady who took my order if she could just give me my cup of coffee. Nope. I'm thinking they should have someone there to take care of people who just walked in. The coffee was OK.
We had not been to a Peet's Coffee Cafe before, although we had had Peet's coffee.\nWe actually went to this Cafe three times on our vacation because we enjoyed it so much. The coffee was delicious, especially the decaf. The Steel Oats breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed sitting outside.
On our last visit, our lattes were slightly more bitter than usual, and we were not offered insulator sleeves, even though the cups were quite burning hot. They were not particularly busy, so we were not quite sure why they were not more proactively customer friendly. We still love Peet's, though!
