I had to be at an appointment this morning. Thought I would stop for a quick drip coffee. I discovered that they were busy with online orders and it took quite a while to get my coffee. I asked the lady who took my order if she could just give me my cup of coffee. Nope. I'm thinking they should have someone there to take care of people who just walked in. The coffee was OK.

On our last visit, our lattes were slightly more bitter than usual, and we were not offered insulator sleeves, even though the cups were quite burning hot. They were not particularly busy, so we were not quite sure why they were not more proactively customer friendly. We still love Peet's, though!

Food: I ordered one of their signature lattes. You could taste the freshest of the coffee. The latte wasn't too sugary and was just right. Plenty of other signature drinks to choose from and pastries.Service: the baristas were nice, friendly, intentive and was ready to suggest items to a first-timer.Final thought: was perfect for a quick stop.
