I am baffled by the negative reviews for this location which I'm going to chalk up to people don't like admitting they like/praising chain restaurants and often don't write reviews for them unless they had a negative experience as an outlet to complain.
I need to counter that and share a very positive experience I had with this location with everyone I have talked to there. I needed to coordinate a larger delivery for an event that I was unable to attend so needed to make sure it came with everything including plates and cups in addition to the food and drinks.
Rather than saying too bad Pizza Hut doesn't do this or that (like most other locations), they went above and beyond to make sure that the order and requests were taken care of. Everything needed was provided and delivered on time and I wished the website enabled tips to the managers who coordinated together for such a seamless and great experience, and not only the delivery driver.
I myself have no issue admitting I like Pizza Hut (the quality and taste for the price is hard to beat) and need to praise the great service at this location.

Picked up 2 medium pizzas. The crust was so dry, they didn’t use enough cheese! It seemed like the pizzas were from this morning and they reheated them! Nothing like the Pizza Hut I once knew! Called the store they said I have to drive back bring the pizza for them to remakes it! Did get apologies at least! Try else were people! It’s not the same.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had the fat manager refused to make a new pizza after it was cold and looked like it was sitting for hours, she then started to make it but then when I requested her to add a simple ingredient she told me she couldn’t when every other Pizza Hut never has a problem adding a free ingredient.
