EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. that I have a food service delivery. order is NEVER ready. I’ve tried waiting 15 minutes SIX times and then had to leave without order. If you guys can’t provide food service delivery driver with order within 10 minutes after they are called, perhaps you shouldn’t be offering deliveries.

I love pressed!! The freeze is amazing if youWant a sweet treat without the sugar crash. Tuscany is the best!! She made the perfect combination of vanilla with cookie pieces. She is so friendly and gives every customer a warm welcome. I’ve gotten my roommates hooked on the freeze- definitely recommend giving it a try!

Quality of freezes- 5 stars! Especially the acai and dragonfruit.Quality of customer service- hit or miss. :( One person working who was serving us was noticeably in a bad mood and unwelcoming. The other lady being the cashier was nice :)

I love the products here but the employees are extremely rude and unwelcoming. They don't greet you and are very cold when taking your order. Also I'm part of the VIP membership but it doesn't show up when they enter my number. I had to ask about my discount and show the barcode. This should be part of their steps of service. I also had a free item that I has to ask to apply my points. I love the juices and freeze but I hate how rude the employees are

On 9.7.22 at around 9:30 pm I came to buy a freeze and the person at the counter was not nice, didn’t look at us in the face and was more interested in taking inventory. You should train your people how to give a good service and attention to Anyone walking into your store. Good product, but unfortunately bad service with this gal. No name tag on either & didn’t offer a receipt.
