Those who know, know. The RIBS here are absolutely next level. Brisket and sausage are solid as well. What surprised us are the sides and unique flavored pickles. Very nice blend of traditional styles with Korean influences and there is a lot of love in the execution at Rib Bro.

After 4 years of going to this superb establishment, they still get 5 stars from me. Super tender proteins that are well seasoned and literally melt in your mouth. One of the best, if not THE best, BBQ places in the area. Do yourself a favor and try it. Then when you are done, try it again.

OK people this place is FNATASTIC!I shared the #3 plate with ribs, pulled pork and the brisket....OMG DELICIOUS!We ordered tree sides. mac n cheese, coleslaw and potatoe salad with a corn bread muffin. FLIPPN AMAZING!Thank you Jay for such a great experience!Lastly, we tried this rice sausage special and it was mind blowing!I will be a regular!

I’m usually not one to go to a restaurant twice, but this was just too good to not revisit! Between the two visits (so far), we have had ribs platter, the brisket sandwich, pulled pork platter, and brisket lunch bowl. Nothing has disappointed, be sure to ask about the loaded fries.

Really outstanding bbq! We had the 3 meat platter with brisket, bbq chicken and pulled pork with tangy slaw, baked beans and sweet potato fries. The meat was fall apart tender without being dry at all, which is hard to pull off with chicken. The brisket was as good as I have had anywhere, even Texas and St Louis. The pulled pork was good but not quite as exceptional as the brisket. Sides were on the small side so consider ordering extra. My only complaint is that the sweet potato fries were a bit soggy. All in all, an outstanding meal at a great price. Highly recommendes.
Very legit. Brisket reminds me of some of the better spots in Austin.
