Tough to beat sitting outside on a sunny day at the end of the pier, looking out over the ocean. Word of caution though, everything that adds to the charm may turn off certain folks. Seagulls, fish smell, etc. This is not fine dining, but the food is very good. Highly recommend the Asian Chicken salad and the burgers, fries and milkshakes!
We stopped by for a late night snack and milkshakes after a fun day at the beach. This was our first time visiting the diner and we were not disappointed. We loved the atmosphere, it felt like stepping back in time, and the food was delicious! We came in close to closing but the server didn’t make us feel rushed at all and was very attentive to us. We will definitely be back to this location!
Ruby's is my go to place for my son and I and I'll always take my clients there when we get a chance as well specially, the one in the Newport Beach Balboa Pierre love that view and wherever we go, the food is always great and it just reminds me of act back in the day! Please Don't shut any more of your locations down as it's been a little bit of an issue for us to find ones that are close to where we live, but thank God there's still a few left!
