Absolutely love this place, been coming here ever since college when I was done checking out the bars and places around Balboa/Newport. And now even though I don't drink, I really appreciate a 24/7 joint that is extremely consistent with their product and always a great price. There certainly are other 24/7 places near me, but I feel Seaside has such a good turnover on goods that they never have stale items to sell. Other donut shops sometimes carry items that seem that they have been sitting out too long, and so I really love the freshness (or perceived freshness?) that Seaside has to offer. The associates are always super friendly and usually tell me good morning when it is like 3-4 AM, and the store is cluttered but quite clean. Around 3 AM seems to be when they are wiping down the racks and behind the glass display, but it also showed that they were restocking the racks with fresh donuts! So it has been awesome to visit this spot during the late nights / early mornings, and I definitely do not mind continue to support this small business.

We have been coming to visit new port beach everytime we're in cali and i just discovered this gem! Donuts were fresh and the staff was amazing! One of the best part is that they're cambodian owned and made me feel at home!

Love Seaside Donuts!!! Every time I go to Newport I have to go to Seaside to pick up donuts and a green thai tea. Everything is at such a reasonable price and the service is always so quick. Everyone is so sweet and it really is a must visit if you go to Newport.

If you want to enjoy donuts by the beach, this is the place to go. The shop offers a wide variety of pastries and donuts from Thai tea donuts to ham & cheese. My friends and love coming here during the late night hours and getting their plain cronuts and the green Thai iced tea. It's a small shop and the lines can get pretty long especially at night. Staff is friendly and their menu is straightforward.

Visited aunt pookie ! She's the. Sweetest annd always very happy and welcoming. Uncle wasn't there but it's always. Nice too grab a Cronut and green Thai tea and just go walk around. Thank you for the amazing service and being so welcoming.

If you haven't been to this spot before, drop by this iconic OC food spot. I was at the farmers market nearby and decided to stop by my favorite donut shop for a simple maple bar and sugar donut. They offer a large selection of donuts to choose from and great prices! What really sticks out about this place is the prime location (basically on the beach and parking spots all around) and the amazing staff who are always hustling to get orders out :) they also offer LATE night hours but prepare for long lines sometimes
The best donuts in the United States. I've been eating their maple bars and ham &cheese croissants my whole 30 years of existence and will tell everyone who goes to Newport that these are a must try. Their cronuts are also spectacular!

CRAZY how this place is open 24/7. Also it's nice by the beach and there was a good amount of parking. Careful with the possible long lines and weather when going here. FOOD and drinks was amazing especially for especially for the price. They get the food and drink out super fast too. Note: It's cash only!
