pretty decent hotel food. Burger and salad both good, taco has pickled veg added additional flavor.

We do the Easter brunch every year with family and feel we should have been warned only all you can eat brunch option this year. This option doesn't make sense for young kids.

Outstanding in every aspect and we are looking forward to the next special holiday buffett.

We had a wonderful dinner. Rob was amazing. He was very attentive and friendly. He was amazing with our 5 year old daughter. It was our first time in OC and he gave us some recommendations on places in the area to visit.

So dissaponted that we didn't have a better experience - we were looking forward to our free breakfast as new Hyatt Globalist members. We ere greeted kindly and gracefully by a young man. Our initial serve exhibited all the qualities of a happy person. Our second server was nice too. But you could tell he was over worked - not his fault. Food took forever to arrive and you could tell other families around us exhibited the same frustration. Kids and parents were getting really hangry. Food finally came and it was cold...sigh. My steak and eggs was undercooked and chewy. Bread was hard cold. Huevos Rancheros were okay. Oh, and we never got a second serving coffee. Our server never returned. A newlywed couple returned their cold eggs. I'm sure it's a good restaurant - we just probably caught it on a really bad day - who knows. Hadn't not been free, I probably would have been very upset and this review less forgiving. I just felt bad for all those families with starving children, mine included.

This restaurant looked awesome and the staff were amazing. The food was just not to my liking. I had the Tomato Basil soup and it was just not good (almost tasted sour) and I had Chopped Cobb Salad and I should have requested my preference of dressing, but the dressing it came with was also not to my liking. The staff was very nice and actually took it off my bill. I was sad since I was alone on New Year's Eve and this was my only plan!

Went way beyond to make it right!

Service was amazing and the food was so good! Our server was so pleasant and so attentive despite the many tables he was working with. Another server, Rob, came to the table to offer some insider tips on places to visit once he found out we had never been to the area (we visited a few today and they lived up to the hype!). I wasn't expecting much from a hotel restaurant but I was blown away by our dinners. I had the most incredible salmon- perfectly cooked with crispy skin - and the Cobb salad was just as good! We shared a bread basket and the rolls tasted like they all just left the oven. Our waiter suggested the cheesecake for dessert and he was spot on - so good! Ambience wasn't the best (music from the speakers mingled with the live music from the bar was distracting) but our server and the food more than made up for it!!

Went here for dinner, it was notified it was only buffet style due to a concert. The buffet food was cold and flavorless.

I was very disappointed with the food selection at a buffet for the price. And I am more disappointed that a buffet is the only choice to eat there prior to the concerts.

We ate in the restaurant before a concert and the only food option was the buffet. Some of the food was not hot. Food quality was just ok.

The didn't tell me when I booked that it was a $50 pp buffet. I have celeriadisease and there was 1 think in the hot food that I could it and I generally don't pay $50 for a salad bar.

Rob was delightful!! Professional and knowledgeable about the items on the menu. Food was exceptional. Delicious, fresh, and beautiful presentation. Thank you for a lovely meal experience Jill
