Lots of food options. Food was very good. Prime rib, steaks, lobster. The room was nicely lit and ambient. I really like the decor (wood panel walls, old pictures, paintings and candle sticks on the walls. It was very ambient and relaxing and the atmosphere was too.

Great happy hour menu! Love the smash burger and mussels. Could have more cocktails at HH. Great staff and service.

The food at Side Door was fine, but nothing special. We had their signature plate, prime roast with sides of mashed potatoes and creamed corn. The gravy on the mashed potatoes tasted as though it came out of a jar or a can. The one highlight was their crab cake appetizer, which was very good.

We loved our server Christina! She made sure everything came out at the perfect time and checked on us often! Her cheerful attitude made our night!

A local stable bringing guest to England pub without the plane ride. The prime ribs sandwich and burgers are fantastic (shared kitchen with sister eatery 5 Crowns helps.

This was a lovely dining experience. Besides the food being wonderful, our server Will was one of the best. And I'm a seasoned diner!!! Timing for ordering and food arrival was beyond accurate! There was nothing that needed attention. Can't wait to go back!!

Cool atmosphere, good happy hour options. The service was great. We had a reservation, and they won't seat you unless half of your party is there, which is reasonable. Once our party got there, they seated us right away even though it was super crowded. The Pride of the Crowns salad is so good! Will return.

We were disappointed that even though we had our reservation, we had to wait nearly 40 minutes for our table. They said that a few of the tables were moving slower than expected, however when I made the reservation they explained that tables had a time limit. I'm not clear if it wasn't being enforced or what happened but it was 8:20 when we sat down for our 7:45 reservation. The food and service were good during the meal.

Great classic spot, normally I love everything about it but this time I decided to try the more happy hour menu which was disappointing. I made the mistake of expecting a place the lauds it's prime cuts of beef (with cuts up to near $100 on the regular menu) to make a good smashburger. When it arrived it looked like someone dropped two empty buns on a plate. In-n-out is better (and 1/4 the price). Generally a wedge salad is a quarter of a head of lettuce, this is more like an eighth. I'll come back for a beer and fries at happy hour, which were both great, or the normal menu once or twice a year. It's too bad because I'd be back much more frequently if the happy hour was great.

Repeat visit for us. Celebrated my 15 year old grandson's birthday. Side Door is his favorite restaurant. Also my 1 year old great-grandson's birthday. I asked to be sat away from other diners so we didn't bother them. Everything was perfect.

Great food & ambience, although a little pricey. Live music was too loud for the small space.

Service and food are both spectacular!

Early in the evening, 430 shoved everybody in the back next to the fireplace. Everybody was crammed together on all those tables back there no privacy no ambience very disappointing. I've been there many times. This was very sad.
