I stumbled across Skal Pizza and was so pleasantly surprised! Great food, beautiful view, and excellent service. The ratatouille salad and meatballs were absolutely delicious. Luke was such a friendly and helpful server. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

Was in the area and needs a break so went here and was thinking of a drink & pizzq...but saw the homemade meatballs & sauce and homemade crostinis and was recommended by the staff too. It's delicious, very tasty, well mixed and moist inside. The crostini was light but crunchy, simply delish. The drink was great, frozen fruits marinated with liquor was well thought- make the drink very refreshing. Service is wonderful, delightful and friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating area are with the water & the boats view. Simply chill & very refluxing vibe. They do have HH that took $5 off from the pizza and half off from drinks. Overall, very relaxed and enjoyed the time here.

What a find! SKAL pizza has the freshest ingredients! The combinations of flavor were so simple and so good! Arugula salad with pear! Pineapple chorizo pizza was amazing ! The view of the harbor was gorgeous. Can’t wait to return !

We strolled Lido Marina around lunch. Smaller looked cute and not crazy expensive. We had a table outside by the yachts. The food was some of the best we had that week of vacation. We had arugula and seasonal fruit salad and pepperoni pizza. Both were so delicious.

Steals creators photos after declining to purchase their content. I decided to try their pizza and tagged them but they go on to steal my photo without permission after previously not wanting to pay me for content. They removed my.pgoto after seeing my email and invoice and are ignoring me and they won't pay me! So much for supporting a small business will never eat there again. Lido does not welcome you. Go back to Sweden. This is not how we work here. Guess I have to take to social media and call them out.

I had a disappointing experience at Skal due to the rude behavior of a waitress named Isbee. From the moment we were seated, her attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming. She seemed impatient when we asked questions about the menu and gave short, cold responses. Hospitality is a big part of the dining experience, and unfortunately, her service took away from what could have been a nice evening. I hope management addresses this, as Skal is a beautiful restaurant that deserves better front-of-house service.

This is absolutely the best pizza in Newport Beach. I’ve never once been a fan of pineapple on my pizza but they have a chorizo with pineapple pizza (pineapple is sliced paper thin) and makes the absolute best combination of sweet and spicy. Soft but crisp crust. Greta service, nice people and you’re right on the water. What other pizza place is on Newport Harbor?? Great date spot or do grab a bite with the boys or family
