Jess is the best! She runs such a kind and amazing team. They are the best Starbucks in the area by far! They are alway attentive to detail, identify when they make mistakes and remake stuff if necessary (rarely occurs), and take the time to know their customers and regulars! It makes this place special and feel like a small little community is built. Highly recommend this lovely place and its wonderful staff! <3

If I could give this location a 6th STAR, I would. The staff at this location are always so incredibly welcoming and happy. They are very quick, and always hard working! Especially Jordan, everytime I go in she’s doing 3 different things at once and just in the zone! They all deserve raises! Honestly I only go to this location because it's near my job, but man would I wish an actual standalone was near. Everytime I go, my drinks are half a** made and never fully made right. I'll ask for cinnamon sprinkle topping and it'll just be the ground cinnamon which is different. Starbucks always seemed like they trained all their people to a point you should expect a drink to look the exact way no matter the location. This location seems like they just hired ppl that maybe worked in a cafe for a few months. Definitely my last time going. Overpriced for a half a**ed drink.

Super convenient if you are staying at the Lido House! I appreciate that they were open on Christmas Day as I was traveling for work. My husband was disappointed that they were out of peppermint syrup, but otherwise the drinks we ordered were decent.
