Jess is the best! She runs such a kind and amazing team. They are the best Starbucks in the area by far! They are alway attentive to detail, identify when they make mistakes and remake stuff if necessary (rarely occurs), and take the time to know their customers and regulars! It makes this place special and feel like a small little community is built. Highly recommend this lovely place and its wonderful staff! <3
If I could give this location a 6th STAR, I would. The staff at this location are always so incredibly welcoming and happy. They are very quick, and always hard working! Especially Jordan, everytime I go in she’s doing 3 different things at once and just in the zone! They all deserve raises! Thank you for making my morning coffee stop always so enjoyable and a great way to start my day!
Super convenient if you are staying at the Lido House! I appreciate that they were open on Christmas Day as I was traveling for work. My husband was disappointed that they were out of peppermint syrup, but otherwise the drinks we ordered were decent.
