Need to do better. Napkin dispensers are empty, no toilet paper in the bathrooms, cashier is not engaging customers.....Starbucks standards have certainly dropped.

I spent 13 dollars on my drink for it to be made wrong. When I told them I was met with an attitude and had to try and fix my drinking my own. Which I ended throwing away because of textural issues. This is why I only go to one Starbucks at least they listen.

I LOVE going to to a place where every body knows your name. I have been coming to this Starbucks for 5 years now. I enjoy the blissful nature and environment this Starbucks location brings daily. Definitely a recommendation worth checking out.

Fun place to hang out with my friend in Newport Beach and socialize. There is a cool clientele and it's a great place to meet dynamic people. There are almost always open tables and plenty of parking.Service has always been good and the Baristas are pleasant and seem to be having a good time while being efficient and fast :)

Starbucks as it should be. Clean, welcoming, friendly staff and consistent coffee! The Starbucks experience is at its best- ambiance makes you want to come in and relax with a cup of Joe!
