Bathroom was disgusting. It’s not that it hasn’t been serviced in a couple of hours but it’s filthy because of improper cleaning. The way that this bathroom has filth accumulated in these areas, is because everyone makes a group effort to not clean it well. I can’t even imagine how dirty the dishes are from everyone’s lazy improper cleaning. Be glad I did not take photos of the toilet.

I don't really come here a lot but the service can be a hit and miss sometimes. Not ever a good experience when Jack is ringing me up. No smiles or any good energy from him every time I come in. He obviously doesn't want to be there. That's fine with me. However, specifically today when I asked for something and they didn't have it, his tone and reply was so rude. That's where I'm drawing the line.

Friendly staff. Nice and plenty of seating area outdoor. Not crowded. Mostly locals who lives in the neighborhood. I felt safe. I recommend this place.

Starbucks was always part of my travel routine, get a coffee and use restroom.This is my first time ever, being deny access to a starbucks restroom as paid and loyal starbucks customer for 20 plus years.Get there and order a drink at 8:30 pm and get deny access to restroom 2 times even before it's cleaning begun. 3 lost stars for the male employee deny restroom access

Great location to relax and have your favorite brew. They are busy constantly because of their location but the drinks come out perfect. They have a great outdoor patio area so sit and relax.

We were there at 4 PM on a Saturday afternoon and were told they stopped making decaf coffee by noon. Really? If one was to make decaf coffee it would be for people who don't want caffeine late in the day.

Amanda, Ben and Crystal - 5 stars plus another 5 stars. Visiting my daughter and she has a French press and I don't know how to use it... they walk me thru the process - going so far as to offer to show me. Customer service above and beyond! And.. they got my very complicated drink right. Amazing!

I've been going to Crystal Cove for years as place of peaceful relaxation and get coffee at Starbucks there. Several years ago manager Melvin started I can't say we've ever really clicked or had much contact however every time I go in there I feel force fed against my will by this guy when he's around and it's frustrating. Before I was trying to lose weight and only got a coffee and it was him alway pushing a snack. Now I workout a lot and dehydrated most of the time and prefer a short coffee and keep getting force fed by Melvin a tall coffee and repeating myself. I suppose I can throw rest of it away but he asked for a reason and I explained since then I'm on my 4th incident with him. I use to go before my workouts on the water there and his staff member some Asian Hawaiian guy on front of him kept asking me how come I go in there every day and if I have a job sometime ago. Melvin did not do anything to stop it so it repeated on a number of occasions and environment is very clicky. This not ok I find Melvin to be rude and condescending at this point. I've found my self before workouts or work to be frustrated numerous times, after todays instance and another instance this week something had to be done. This review is about my communication and contact with Melvin well as his mismanagement I've taken it personal at this point.

When I want a tiny sugar kick, I get a mocha with just 1 pump of chocolate. Otherwise, the Americano with a splash of cream is a great go to coffee for me. I hit a Starbucks every day of every weekend. It’s just a part of the weekend that I can’t live without. Ordering via the app in advance is excellent!!! Also, if you haven’t tried it yet, be sure to get a heated up brownie—wicked good.

My partner and I passed by to get some coffee before heading to the beach today and I was so upset , the girl was rude and was TEXTING in front of me while I asked her stuff and still would say sorry what after I would say it just for being on her phone. The girls name was *Rachel* , she didn't even try to hide the fact she was texting and messing up our order till I told her so. SMH

The staffs have certain attitude makes you feel you are not welcomed here. When you ask any questions, they reply in a cold voice, not mention they almost throw my coffee without even asking??

I've been coming to this location for nearly 9 years now. My encounter with Amanda is always a hit or miss. Some days, she's super sweet and friendly, but other days, she's cold and rude. I get it, if you don't like your job look for something else or tough it out for the time being but don't take it out on your customers. Definitely not going back here, you lost a loyal customer.

I love this location, but new employees need better training. I went to this location yesterday (January 22, 2022) and went to order... there was a young woman (asian w/ glasses) and a taller gentleman (white) standing there talking. I just stood there waiting and the girl looks at me and asks, "do you have a questions?". What??? I'm trying to order. I was there for about an hour, noticed over a dozen people walking in and ordering without a mask. To be honest, I'm not bothered either way, mask or no mask. None of the employees seemed to care either, so I figured it was the vibe there. I then go to ask for some water and hand them my venti cup. The same girl tells me the policy is they can't take my cup, so they have to give me a new one. She grabbed a smaller cup and I ask for a venti, she literally says, "no"... i stare at her and she says "it's our policy". I told them, they don't seem to care about state wide covid policies, but they enforce cup policies?!?!?
