Really Starbucks. You're going to shortchange me on coffee because I ordered it without ice.
This is exactly how you make me not want to come back to Starbucks.
Whichever manager decided this is how you should treat customers instead of just taking the $0.15 loss on extra coffee needs to realize that there are a million other options for coffee these days and Starbucks was convenient but this isn't.

I order a light ice strawberry açaí and my drink wasn’t even filled up all the way because they said that’s their new policy if you order light ice, super dumb
