I came to this Starbucks at 7:20 PM, and according to Google Maps, they were supposed to be open until 8:00 PM. However, the employee told me they were already closed. This was disappointing and confusing, as I relied on the posted hours.

Got hot mocha and mocha frappe. Both were both made to expectation. But only one barista working + taking orders, so took a really long time with about 8 orders ahead of me

This Starbucks is amazing. I have been to multiple Starbucks locations in Newport and this has to be my favorite one. The barista named Elma always goes above and beyond with making me and my boyfriend’s drinks. We come in almost every day during the week. She always has a positive attitude and really makes the start of our day.
