This Starbucks is very close to my work and I go here twice a day. I love it here with all my heart. It's a friendly environment. All the staff are like family to me. Everything is great. All staf are really really great❤️❤️❤️

Shoutout to Aubrey and Ethan who went above and beyond today! We got drinks at another nearby location and they were just off tasting to us. We passed by this location to see what they thought and they were more than happy to make it right, even if it wasn't their issue. Amazing customer service and I found my new favorite Starbucks! Great location in Newport Beach across the street from the Rusty pelican. there is free parking behind the Starbucks. The food and coffee were both delicious. There was plenty of seating both inside and outside. It was a hot day so I sat inside. But outside, you could smell the ocean with the breeze. The service was great. A great little place to grab a cup of coffee and catch up on some work.

Pretty Chill location, not many people like other Starbucks.
We go to Dr. David Karaba the acupuncturist upstairs and stopped in after our treatment to get a refreshing cold beverage before we started the drive home. We ordered on the mobile app and then swooped in just to pick up our drinks. While they were being made we paid a visit to the restroom and it was clean and stocked. Would visit again.

What a shame that the space is so dirty and the workers seem miserable. No how are you or hello when you walk in. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and filthy. 2 stars because our drinks came out quickly and prepared correctly.
