Shoutout to Aubrey and Ethan who went above and beyond today! We got drinks at another nearby location and they were just off tasting to us. We passed by this location to see what they thought and they were more than happy to make it right, even if it wasn't their issue. Amazing customer service and I found my new favorite Starbucks! Managers please recognize these two!
Great location in Newport Beach across the street from the Rusty pelican. there is free parking behind the Starbucks. The food and coffee were both delicious. There was plenty of seating both inside and outside. It was a hot day so I sat inside. But outside, you could smell the ocean with the breeze. The service was great. A great little place to grab a cup of coffee and catch up on some work.
