I went to this location and ordered a coffee. The cashier she having an attitude with me and I was being very pleasant and polite to her. I have been ordering the same coffee for years now. The barista that made my coffee made it very bad and I asked if they could remake it and they did three times and they still kept messing it up!

Terrible service from who appears to be the team lead. Clearly overwhelmed and in over her head. The fact my drink wasn't correct even after a second attempt isn't the reason for this review. Her attitude when I asked for more milk in my venti drink was uncalled for. Rather than just top of my drink she started lecturing me about what is a 'milk based' drink and what isn't, suggesting that if I wanted more milk I should've ordered a milk based drink lol. I just wanted a splash extra or non fat milk in a shaken espresso but she went completely off the rails. Oh well. Good thing there are plenty of other coffee places around here.

Since when does the drip coffee come out at the end of the counter with the Lattes? Not even that busy. Had to wait. Was told that if I had ordered paper cup instead of mug it would have been faster. Wow. Not a smooth operation and wasteful. Not friendly. No name on my mug. No announcement. Sad.

Just came in for a coffee, it is a Starbucks, all the same. I don't normally go to six bucks. I did.not find a local alternative. I wouldn't say I like their coffee, even the medium roast is overdone and has a bite that good coffee should not have. As one of the leaders in the industry, you would think it would be better.
Great location... super convenient plus there's parking :)

Super clean. The lounge leather chairs are awesome here. They slightly lean back for a comfy feeling. The location is great and easy to get too. They made my drink perfectly. That counts a great deal. Bathroom was super clean. If you need the code just ask at the front desk. Pretty quiet on a Saturday at noon in April.
