The best Starbucks I've been to. Their coffee and fraps were by far the best we've had at any Starbucks. The wait time for our 2 fraps was too long though. I got my cafe latte and our food at least 10 min before our fraps were ready. I don't know if it's because they had a lot of online orders to fulfill and perhaps they were understaffed. Other than that, it was a great experience.

You always know what you’re gonna get when you go into a Starbucks. This one is conveniently located in Newport Beach, California. Fashion Island, Mall.
Great vibes in this Starbucks. Super clean and cute in here. Obviously the food and coffee are solid like all the Starbucks, but the service here is top tier. Kennedi was so kind and caring. You can tell the people here are happy to be here.

I been waiting for drink for 10 mins seems they care more about online orders. They got 3 people not doing much. Also the bathroom is very dirty floor and toilet and urinary.. it's 6:25 on on 30th ... they first thing should bathroom clean and they need make priority customers walk in
