I ordered a latte w “ no foam”! However i was served w full of foam. I asked the person whether he could get rid of foam reminding him that i ordered “ no foam”. Without any word, he snatched the cup, poured it off, made it again. When he put the cup in the board, i said “ Thank you! “. Guess what?! He even didnt look at me, no word, just walked out! What did i do wrong?! I have never experienced this at any Starbucks for 30years!! So rude. In the beginning he was very nice, that’s why i got more upset! Wow…

Finally, a clean, and warm and welcoming Starbucks. They even were playing Hawaiian music while I waited. The staff was very friendly. I’m so happy this Starbucks is in my neighborhood now.

Went here for a coffee at 9am. The cashier/barista was Hannah. She has a horrible attitude. She didn’t even say hello or good morning. No smile. No greeting at all. She took a sip of her drink and walked over and just stared at me. She never said anything to me.
