World's worst Starbucks ever. I just ordered a chai latte and it was awful. Weak. Just tasted like warm sugar water - seriously? I'm annoyed at myself for taking a chance and not going to Scratch Bakery instead where I usually go. Jesus I expected better. What a waste of $5. I took one sip and it had to go to the dumpster. I wouldn't even drink that for free. Starbucks, do better with your standards. Not all Starbucks are built equally but sheesh, do better with this one. At least she was fast, even if the drink was awful. The other lady took ten business days in the bathroom during rush hour once. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Went here for a coffee at 9am. The cashier/barista was Hannah. She has a horrible attitude. She didn’t even say hello or good morning. No smile. No greeting at all. She took a sip of her drink and walked over and just stared at me. She never said anything to me.
Come here wednesday and fridays every single week and “tina”” gets my order wrong every single. time. it isn’t a complicated order but she still manages to mess it up.

Every time I come workers are on break. It was past the break time and one of the Ralphs cashiers even called out on the loud speaker to the Starbucks employee and no one came .

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to Hannah was so rude and has terrible customer service I was a barista for four years and I could scrub a toilet and still give better customer service than her.
