Super disappointed in the cold brew. It tasted sour and bitter. The croissant was good and the environment was nice but I would recommend a different drink to whoever is reading this.

I ordered the Ujigawa oat milk matcha (sweetened with honey, iced) and left feeling disappointed. At $14 for the drink alone ($16 with a 15% tip), it was the most expensive option on the menu, so I had high expectations based on the description: rich and creamy. Instead, I received a watery, unmixed drink that tasted no better than the ready-made matcha packets.

On the other hand, my friend ordered the Nakama matcha with almond milk and honey, which was the least expensive matcha option, and it tasted great. I also had other friends try my drink, and they liked it—it seems to come down to personal preference. If you enjoy a strong, earthy matcha, this might be for you. Personally, I think I would’ve loved it if it had been a bit sweeter and creamier and if they actually put effort into mixing it.

Adding a star because the desserts looked appealing, the atmosphere was nice, service was welcoming, and there was plenty of seating. But for the price of my drink, I expected much more. (I really just cant get over the $16 spent on the drink and it not even being mixed well.)

The shop itself is small, but it's connected to a large lobby with a ton of natural light, plenty of seats, and nice ambient music. The coffee is quality too.

Really enjoyed my visit, my latte was delicious. Service was excellent and I had a nice conversation with the staff. Bought some beans that were delicious. Lots of seating nearby in the complex, great place to meet someone to catch up or for a casual business meeting. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Ordered strawberries milk for over 7 dollar without ice. Never before seen a store who calculates ice in 16oz cup as a drink. We only got half the drink and when we complained they said ice is part of the drink so we only get half. Especially considering that it’s a milk drink, lot of people don’t want ice. Just ridiculous having my son feel like drinking leftover

Hipster coffee spot. Good coffee, good food, small portions. If you want a sauce other than douche bag mayo (aioli) bring your own.

I tried iced americano. They used Sumatra beans today. This place will be good for you if you like light, fruity with some acidity taste. But, you should find somewhere else if you prefer bold, nutty, and stronger (darker roasting) taste. Overall, it’s worth trying.

Small coffee shop located in a business complex. They have very limited seating indoor but there are many tables outside. The WiFi doesn’t extend too far so keep that in mind if you plan on studying there.

Matcha donut and iced coffee were great. I really love the beauty of the building this coffee shop is situated in to study or work on your laptop. I will be coming back :)

I have been ordering my bold iced Spanish latte here for three past few years. Coming from original shop in Buena park was my getgo moving to irvine, was so ecstatic to see their Newport beach location opened! Drive here almost every morning ordering mobile app for pick up on the go! Worth every drive for me since im a coffee junky!! Parking isnt convenient but thankfully can park with my hazards timing for pickup in front.
They truly know their coffee craft & I am a very picky person… Love their bold coffee taste and beans. Bought the beans and trying to find the best home coffee machine to elevate similar roastings! Best iced spanish latte coffee ever hands down!!
