Coffee and matcha are great. It’s one of my favorites in town but sometimes the line can get long, and they only validate 2 hours of free parking.

Had the matcha, and was disappointed. Watery, grainy and too syrup/sweet forward. Willing to try it again, maybe I ordered wrong, but I got default off the menu.

I wanted to go here, but no parking so I gave up and went to MoonGoat over by UCI
I’m surprised to see 4.3 because this spot is a solid 5 in my book - I’ve been many times. I cant stop thinking about the food (breakfast burrito, salmon toast) and the staff is helpful and down to earth. It’s a zen ambiance and the aesthetic is clean and cool.

The interior design, packaging, and overall atmosphere are lovely, though the seating is a bit limited. The coffee has a brighter, more acidic profile, so it may be especially enjoyable for those who like that style. The financier was alright.

The coffee is great, but the waiting time is ridiculous. It usually takes about 35–40 minutes just to order, and then another 20–30 minutes to actually get your coffee. In total, you can easily spend over an hour waiting for one cup. The place looks nice, but the service speed definitely ruins the experience. The food is not bad, but if you order food, you'll have to wait about 45 minutes...

Before taking care of aesthetic appeal, please clean your chairs! It’s so sticky that my pants got all dirts. Honestly I cannot understand why this place is so popular. No flavor and umami in their matcha latte.
