I live in OC and stop often to get a 6 inch with only mayo tomato and lettuce. Every store in OC charged me $3.99 for that sandwhich. Stopped by this location near work and they charged me $6.99 even though a footlong with meat and cheese is $6. I left the sandwhich there as the girl working counter kept repeating corporate only gives them a button to charge me $6.99. Where's the customer service? I also order about $200 per month in sandwiches from this location per month for meetings but never visited personally. After this experience, I'm changing my work team lunch orders from this location to Moulin across the street. You get better quality for the price anyway. I write this review in hopes that "corporate" will see it and realize this location has unfair pricing and blames corporate. Let's get some training here and other price point options. Believe Subway corporation was just bought out but still surprised things are downhill at this location.

I used to go to Subways all the time and I remember it being pretty good. I walked in and there was a family getting several sandwiches and i wasn't addressed for at least 5 minutes and then had to wait even longer to be served. Anyway,, I was so disappointed with my footlong sandwich. I got the hot pastrami. It sounded and looked so good in the picture. The meat was super stringy and grisly and the sandwich was super soggy. I didn't get any oil or anything on it and I had it toasted. So I was a little confused why it was so soggy. I basically ended up putting the soggy bread into my airfryer to get crispy and ate the bread and picked out the olives from the sandwich and threw out the rest. I wish I took a pic. But i didn't and the trash is in the dumpster already.

The manager was absolute perfection she was a delight I had some of the best customers service I received in a very very long time I will definitely be going back my sandwich was a bit pricey 17 bucks for a footlong with three cookies chips and soda but it was real good service can't be beat!! The store was immaculately clean no complaints and I love the cookies especially the white chocolate macadamia I know you can get some pretty much everywhere nowadays but for some reason I really like subways haha

So my boyfriend and I just came here to get a couple sandwiches but to my surprise we had Martha help us and the level of customer service that she gave to us was just absolutely amazing and I haven't met somebody so kind in such a long time. I really want to make sure that Martha gets recognized for all of her hard work, and her awesome customer service, and just her overall kindness. She recommended to me the Mexicali sandwich, and it was delicious! It was the first time I actually tried something different than what I usually get, and I'm so happy that I listened to Martha's recommendation and got it. Thank you so much Martha for turning my bad day around and making it a good day. I hope you know how appreciated you are. Keep up the great work! The world needs more people like Martha.

I am not huge Subway fan, But it tolerate the sandwiches and still have fun. We stopped here on my meeting today for lunch. I got the Italian Meatball Sandwich in which id always get when i ate here all the time. Drink and some chips, all good. Still same inexpensive prices. You atill get to design your sandwich the way you want it. Customer service was good . Fresh bread and fresh meat. Cant go wrong.

I'm not a huge fan of Subway, but this is Probably the best Subway I've been to. It's clean, when I order online they make the sandwiches quickly, the sandwiches are well-made, and the staff has always been friendly. A month or so ago when I stopped in, their soda machine wasn't working (so there was only tea and lemonade). I was annoyed at first, but they let us swap out our fountain drinks for bottled drinks. Sometimes things happen and they accommodated us to the extent possible at that time, so I can't really fault them for that. All things considered, all of my visits here have been positive.

Ordered 2 footlongs online and paid extra for avocado on both. There wasn't even a slice of avocado on either sandwich. They completely forgot and it wasn't until we went home to eat our sandwiches that we noticed. Too late to go to the store to complain, so I contacted their online "customer service" which did absolutely nothing because nothing was resolved. I didn't get a refund for the extra $4 I paid to get 0 avocado. All I got was a half assed apology. SUBWAY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I've had issues with orders in the past and they handle every problem the same way. THEY DO NOTHING TO RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM. Everyone knows subway sandwiches are the shittiest quality sandwiches you can get, but come on, even del taco has better customer service. Absolutely ridiculous.

Put in my order online and it was made just as I wanted it. The woman who helped me was so polite and greeted me enthusiastically. The place was super clean. Definitely my best subway experience! I'll be back at this location every time I get subway in OC from now on.
