My wife and I had a wonderful experience last Sunday at Subway #23727 on Pacific Coast Highway in Corona Del Mar, all thanks to Alireza! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and made sure our order was made just the way we wanted. You could tell he really takes pride in what he does — everything was fresh, clean, and prepared with care. It's rare to come across such exceptional customer service at a fast-food spot, but Alireza truly made our visit feel special. Thank you, Alireza, for your kindness and for going the extra mile. We’ll definitely be back!

Showed up at 6:54, door open, lights on, condiment trays open. No person to be found. Man walks in from parking lot, yells “It’s closed!” super rudely. I asked “what?” because I didn’t quite understand. The man yelled back, “it’s mine and it’s closed!” Super aggressive interaction. Do not recommend this establishment or supporting someone with such negative customer service skills.

After eating all week in restaurants we were Done with 2 hours dinners and wanted something fast but not FastFood. Subway… We ordered via online, easy parking. Food was ready when we got there. Tasted fresh and perfect. The employee was very friendly and place was clean. Good job …

I've gotta say Allie is one of the best sandwich makers ever. He always has a smile on his face every time we go in to grab some food. Whoever owns this subway should give him a raise you just don't get customer service like his anymore - 5 stars!!!!

There is a lady working Sunday morning that I can’t imagine has had any training making sandwiches. She doesn’t know how to make the wraps, we ask her for stuff and she was putting other stuff on the sandwich and when we corrected her she’d take it off the sandwich and throw it right back in the pile. The sandwiches are wrapped as if she was just crumpling paper and they were falling apart. I try to ignore attitudes but after seeing what was in our bags she just did not give a crap.
It seems that they are going to give you food I'm buying it ?

The owner needs to check the equipment. One table outside is broken I put my meal to eat and everything fell in the ground. I tell the person at the registers and she said just use another table I pass agains last week and the table was the same no taking care...

Well, be aware of getting less stuff such as chess ok n your subs, especially order for kids, I ordered 2 meatball subs but they put less chess on it, maybe they think kids don't eat much so they want to save food. BTY, you still pay same price with less food.... That's what you get...

I brought a coupon and they didn't accept it and it's valid because this is a rich area, they tell me they don't accept coupons here if it's a chain and they put coupons they have to accept them anywhere
