Our service was great from start to finish, our server Elle is believe was her name, she was fantastic! Just great energy and made us feel completely welcome with her service and this was a anniversary dinner my wife and I had to postpone due to not being able to go out since we have 2 little ones at home. Thank you to everyone at Roku for the great service and also the dessert that was on the house, you guys were great! We will be back again when we get a sitter 🙌🏽

Second time now that the food arrives late and the waitress has an attitude to rush us so she can turn the table, I understand there's other patrons to serve but did she have to keep interrupting when we finally got our food 45 minutes later and then after 15 minutes of eating interrupts again if we want anything else and then she tells her manager to tell us to leave as we take our last bite? Also they used to have a dress code however over half the people wearing biker shorts and tank tops with getto ball caps are hardly in any dress code, won't be coming here anymore it's gone down in service ambiance and the waitstaff are rude and pushy, not a place to have a business meet or go for the ambiance they push push push you out, so ok I'll stay out I'm out!

We tried the spicy garlic edamame (not enough salt/flavor), wagu and shrimp w/bacon robatta (very good!), the sushi plate (good value) and a white lotus roll (good, but wished the crispy onions were more tempura-y).

My husband and I had a nice early dinner on their patio. Husband had the cod dinner and I had their chicken dinner. Both were delicious. Our server was great too. We didn't enjoy their matcha hot tea, we liked their regular green tea that they offered in the past. For dessert we shared the mochi ice cream of three flavor choices. I wish they had more Japanese desserts to choose from. The other desserts were churros, cheesecake and lava cake. I also wish they had a sashimi platter and that they would bring back their Happy Hour. It's very convenient for us and we like their patio seating so we will return.

Everything was great! Great service great food. They just had the music on way too loud and for a more classy low light restaurant, the music was a bit much.

We love sushi Roku, it's consistently good food and great service. All the wait staff is so helpful and friendly. The food comes out in a timely fashion and appt on temperature. They are expensive for what it is, which is probably what keeps us from going every week. 😂

The food is excellent quality, but the soft shell crab rolls were tasteless and disappointing. Everything else was delicious. Part of our order was significantly delayed until our waiter went to check on it. He was very good.

Come here all the time. But today I just came for a light lunch. Of course everything was good just on the pricy side. But also can't hate on them either for it.

Terrible crab fried rice. Not a chick of crab anywhere. We eat here so much and it's expensive and usually good but this was terrible. Lamb chops are usually fabulous. This time terrible. New chef?

Very enjoyable evening. Quick service. Nick was helpful. We really enjoyed being outside as it was quieter than inside. Inside tends to be a little loud with the music. Food was great as it usually is. We miss having Monet as our server though. Is she around?

Sushi pieces were much smaller than a standard size of 3-4 inches long by 1/4 inch thick. They were about 1 3/4 inches long and 1/8 inch thick. Also the quality of the rice and sushi itself was very average , like what you would expect at any local sushi bar' certainly not a highly touted one. They should simply raise the prices and provide higher quality sushi and offer pieces that fall into a normal size range. Service was good.

I really enjoy Sushi Roku. I don't come here often—usually just for a date night with my husband or, like today, a lunch to catch up with a girlfriend. Every visit, the customer service is top-notch and the food is always amazing.
