Encontramos un gusano caminando tranquilamente en nuestra ensalada.

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

some of the best salad creations I've tasted so far. The Chicken Avocado Ranch and the Hummus + Focaccia complete a good meal for me. I miss the KBBQ salad though. highly recommended.

Honestly for the price and the fact that a machine makes your food…i wouldn’t do it. Its already expensive enough as it is and then they have an option to tip? No thank you… also their salads are subpar your better off going to Mendocino next door and getting their avocado quinoa salad! And its much cheaper!

Sweetgreen in Newport Beach is like stepping into a salad shop designed by the Jetsons but stocked by Alice Waters. The sleek automation system is almost hypnotic to watch—bowls zipping along on a track, laser-focused precision behind glass—but the magic is that the ingredients still feel lovingly handpicked. It’s a wild and wonderful contrast: cutting-edge tech delivering hyper-fresh, locally sourced produce.

You get your lunch with the speed of a futuristic vending machine, but it tastes like it came from a coastal farm stand. They’re working with local growers, staying seasonal, and keeping everything vibrant—crunchy kale, warm wild rice, perfectly roasted sweet potatoes, and dressings that actually taste like they were made that morning.

It’s a beautiful collision of old-school values and new-world convenience. Service is fast but friendly, the space is clean and inviting, and the overall experience leaves you oddly optimistic about what fast food could become. Sweetgreen in Newport Beach isn’t just feeding people, it’s quietly upgrading the whole idea of lunch. Five stars, easily.

Visited Madison, WI for a swim meet this weekend and I discovered SG. I cannot even put into words how delicious the menu is. I didn't go just once...I came back...a total of 4 times!! Tried new things each time - the sauces are unbelievable, ingredients so fresh! Every single time the staff was helpful, smiling, and genuinely kind. Such a happy and joyful vibe. A special shout out to Melvin and Chaz, you guys rock!! Thank you!! I will forever be a fan. 💚

The customer service at Fashion Island Newport Beach is never matched with the quality of your foods. I went to this location on Saturday May/31 at 7:30 pm to pick up an order. The young lady on her nose who was there standing behind the station filled up the sauces in the container she look at me when I walked in but she did not greeting or asked me if I need help. She was just ignored and turn her face away and continued fill up the sauces till she finished then she walked back to her food prep station and still keep ignoring me which is I was very surprise the way she treated customer. So I decided to said Hi to her but she was still ignored me then I said Hi again till she finally look at me then I said to her I come for pick up the online order. She was still did not said a word to me and just walk to the order and hand to me with no words or even “Thank You” Her attitude was not acceptable, very rude and very mean. I won’t bother to go back again even you have the best food in the world but if your employee has so much hate to your customer and her job.
NOTE : Filling up the togo sauces is a side work that restaurant employee should not do at the busy dinner time on Friday, Saturday between 6pm to 8pm which is serving customers should be more important during that peak hours.

I was late here by the video of the employee, denying a homeless person inside and she just wanted a cup of water. Thank God for the man who came and paid for her meal and still the manager didn’t allow her and disgusting. You guys could never get my money.

a solitary youtube video lead me here, and to say I was heartbroken is beyond description. A homeless woman simply wanted a bit of water and it was caught on camera how she was treated. ice water/hot water, it will not kill your business to be kind. until the employee/manager saw he was being recorded, he treated that woman like absolute trash. do better.
