I do delivery work. I went into the Drive thru and said I was a pickup and gave the customer's name. I went to the window. He told me to come inside. He didn't give it to me when I went inside. The order was ready and waiting on the counter. They didn't care about me at all. I don't know why they act this way, but there is no customer satisfaction at all. They treat me like this because I do delivery work. But I normally eat taco bell and I won't eat taco bell from now on and I won't take taco bell orders.
Waited literally over 1 hour in the DRIVE THRU only to get a low quality food at a what’s so called “fast-food restaurant”. Their excuse was that they have too many orders and all I had to order was nuggets and fries. The lady at the window was beyond rude and closed the window in my face while I was talking. Very beyond disappointing and horrible customer service. This location needs to do better in terms of training their employees and scheduling enough staff to accommodate for the nature of their “fast-food” restaurant .

Saddest Taco Bell on the planet. Always empty. Even on a Saturday night. Maybe it’s busier on weekdays during lunch. We ordered with the app tonight and when got there 20 mins later our order wast ready. Not sure if people are asleep from boredom on this location! Crazy to think that Taco Bell HQ is just 10 miles from here.

Reminded me how good taco bell can be. the potatoes in my taco and the nacho fries were perfectly crisp and everything was delicious. the computer voice lady who tried to take my order sucked tho, please stop using that. <3
Nice Taco Bill in the business area of Irvine, California. Very relaxing indoor and outdoor seating. This is a top tier Taco Bill. The bathrooms are shining clean. Try the $7 box offer; it's really a bargain.

The food items here are hit or miss, but the entire menu is highly customizable. The new cantina chicken menu items are very flavorful and the staff were slow, but friendly.
