Ordering online past midnight is the absolute worst experience you could ever have. Whether it’s on the app or just straight through the drive-through, you are not allowed to walk-in as a guest? It says it closes at 4 AM, but you are not allowed in the actual restaurant. You literally have to walk through the drive-through only for the worker to say “no worries, We got you” and to wait in the front only to be fed by a bag full of food that says this is your order only for it to be missing half the items. One of the worst Taco Bell experiences I have ever had and I don’t know how to come back from it

This location is so confusing they limit you to two sauces per item that you order and then they don’t allow you to buy more sauce if you wanted it just doesn’t make sense to me. And then I asked for additional sauce, which they said they would include which they didn’t so they just pretty much slide straight to my face.

I had a long black HAIR CLUMP inside of my beef taco!!! I first felt the long hair when I took a bite sure enough I open the taco and inside of the beef is a long black hair clump embedded inside of the meat and at the end was a CLUMP OF HAIR!!! I had to throw away my ENTIRE order , let me repeat my ENTIRE ORDER because I was so sick and nauseous! This is a health violation and they should not be able to sell that specific pot of beef for anything on the menu! It was so terrifying and a disgusting experience!!

They’re excellent at messing up drive thru orders. Don’t leave the window unless you’ve confirmed every item you paid for. I went back to let them know they missed an item and they said to call them instead?!?
The cleanest taco bell I've ever gone to all the employees are very professional and friendly special mention to the manager Jose and Mari they are great
