I do delivery work. I went into the Drive thru and said I was a pickup and gave the customer's name. I went to the window. He told me to come inside. He didn't give it to me when I went inside. The order was ready and waiting on the counter. They didn't care about me at all. I don't know why they act this way, but there is no customer satisfaction at all. They treat me like this because I do delivery work. But I normally eat taco bell and I won't eat taco bell from now on and I won't take taco bell orders.
Waited literally over 1 hour in the DRIVE THRU only to get a low quality food at a what’s so called “fast-food restaurant”. Their excuse was that they have too many orders and all I had to order was nuggets and fries. The lady at the window was beyond rude and closed the window in my face while I was talking. Very beyond disappointing and horrible customer service. This location needs to do better in terms of training their employees and scheduling enough staff to accommodate for the nature of their “fast-food” restaurant .
