Amazing burgers!!! Do yourself a favor and buy the parmesan fries. They will not disappoint

We love hanging out. Yesterday we found this fine place which friends told us about. We spent a lovely time there with very good meal and an experienced crew and a distinguished chef. We added this fine restaurant in our list and we shall no doubt go again very soon. We deeply recommend.

Such an awful place now, this place has gone down hill so fast. I have ordered the counter multiple times online where I have paid ahead and my order was taken by someone else (not much of an issue but annoying) they remade it. I happened to place an order through postmates and the same issue happened, so the driver assigned to the order asked them to remake the order because they gave out my food to the wrong person (possibly wrong driver) and they refused. I paid $40+ for this food that I don't have and the issue is not with the service but the restaurant for giving out my order and then also refusing to do anything bout it.

I visit this superb restaurant many times since I like the special air that is part of this place. The staff is awfuly friendly and skilfull. The service is remarkablywonderfully rapid. Also, the food you eat is outstanding. I frequent many times and I was always satisfied. The rate is fair. I highly suggest this place to all my friends.

Yessir!!! You have to try it to make your own opinion but between the service and transparency of the management when it comes to ingredients I'm instantly in love from first visit. I'm satisfied with the prices too! If you're in the area, give them a try. As a non meat eater, I'm beyond happy!

The food is good. It's nice to be able to conjure it up the way you like it or pick from the menu or both. But the walls are dirty with food and the booths have missing (not just torn) vinyl. If they would clean and do some repairs, I would give them 5 stars. Just so hard to enjoy ones burger in these conditions though.

They have improved slightly. They now barely have it together. Few customers but consistently long waits. Hard to get attention here. The food is maybe ok. If a recession hits I think they will go out of business. These guys always run out of basic things like napkins, straws and plates...
I ate here last night with my two kids. The food and service (our server...I think Alicia?) was perfect. She was pleasant, took our order quickly, and the food came out exactly as ordered. Everything tasted great and she checked on us periodically. The one star if for one reason only.....there is a lady, who I will assume is the Restaurant Manager, running food out to tables. She has very long blonde hair/extensions and was wearing her hair down. The hair was literally hanging in the food when she was putting the plates down on the tables. She delivered food to many tables this way. Luckily, she did not bring out my food; therefore, we were able to eat. I can't believe the other diners put up with this! It was absolutely disgusting and MAJORLY against code. Anyone handling food must have their hair pulled back. I didn't complain, again she didn't touch my food, but the grossest thing to watch. How do they not know this is happening? And how is no one else complaining?

The service here was wonderful when we came. Very responsive, the owner came over and talked with us for a bit. I really appreciated the ambience, family friendly, options to sit inside and outside. For the food, we went with the original Counter Burger, which is over $10. I was really hoping to be "wowed" for the price, but frankly, it was dry, bland, and wasn't as good as other more affordable options (like The Habit). What I did enjoy was the basket of sweet potatoes/fried onion strings. I like that you can do a 50/50 option because you pay $7 for the basket and it seems like too much for just one item. All to say, this is a sit-down establishment, which might be why the prices are higher. However, the quality of the food doesn't really match the pricing. However, I am more than willing to come back again and try out their Happy Hour or some other items due to the friendliness of the establishment.
