I’ve been coming to The Place since right out of college and it is the best. If there were six stars, I would give that rating. Wonderful owner and staff, really fun place to watch a game and excellent food and drinks. If you like a good patty melt, theirs is by far the best around. Doug

The Place is the Place!! You can tell they make everything in house. Texan burger - you won't regret! The only thing we didn't finish is the mustard - see picture. Nick saw me just glancing at the menu and knew exactly what yo recommend. The patio in the back is also a huge bonus to this spot too.

Enjoyed this place for the NBA finals. Easy going spot with good atmosphere and bartender Charlie was hustling and took awesome care of the entire spot. Cold beer, casual food. Dive bar feel.

"The Place" is a little dive bar in CDM. The food was typical bar food, but why I went to 2 stars is the unfortunate behind the scenes look into the kitchen and prep area. It looked like one of those places "Bar Rescue Show" would say was extremely dirty. The bottles on the bar shelves also had open pour tops that would allow for ffuit flies.
