It is great to see that, after all these years, TK is still serving up the best burgers at a decent price.
Aging myself here, but lived off E. Balboa, towards the end of the peninsula, when I was UCI student from '07 - '08. TK Burgers was a regular spot for us on the weekends, romping on the beach.

I ate lunch on a weekday there and there were no open tables as it's a pretty small restaurant. The cheeseburger and fries were soooo yummy, though. I highly recommend stopping by, but be prepared to take your food to go. I walked the 1-2 blocks to the Marina and ate there.

This is the OG beach burger shop where you can still have a wetsuit on and order. All the pretty girls in high school used to work here!
