Shanie was an excellent server. She was professional and attentive. I enjoyed my experience and would sit in her section again.

I typically don't write reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share. We dined Sunday afternoon and were left waiting several minutes at the entrance with no receptionist present. Once seated, service remained extremely slow throughout the meal. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the food. I ordered a pizza and noticed a black hair on one slice, which I initially brushed off thinking it might have been mine. However, on the final slice, I found two more black hairs of the same length buried in the ricotta cheese. At that point, the meal was completely ruined. My son ordered a cheeseburger that had almost no cheese on it, and the fries were lukewarm at best. Between the lack of attentiveness, slow service, and serious food quality issues, this was not the experience we expected. I hope this is taken as constructive feedback, as this visit fell well below acceptable standards.

The food was not as good as usual. I have been many times before and loved the food every time. This time it was almost as good however they were extra busy and my waitress was stressed. My water was rarely refilled, which was me nitpicking. The dessert was phenomenal. My main issue was the portion of lasagna was small and the appetizer, roasted cauliflower, which I have ordered multiple times was lacking flavor and toppings. I will still go again because I know they have done much better in the past.

This location needs more staff... hostess was alone and overwhelmed. Server was great and very on top of our allergies but had too many tables. She had little to no help.

An excellent choice for creative and healthy cuisine sure to please all those concerned with their diet and those who simply enjoy delicious food. Great options for everyone including those that are gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian. They also  serve wonderful, juices, cocktails, and mocktails too. Definitely recommend.

We haven't been to True Food Kitchen in a few years. We decided to go for lunch. The service was excellent but the food quality has gone down a lot. We actually had to return their cauliflower appetizer after having one bite each because it was tasteless and it didn't look appetizing either. Our wonderful waitress took it off our bill. Our entrees were not so great either even the hot tea with real tea leaves were too bitter to enjoy it. It was a very disappointing experience except for the great service we received from our waitress. Sadly, we will not be returning.

Amazing service and delicious food. The happy hour is an incredible deal and we will definitely be back!

I took my friend here last night. It was her first time and we both greatly enjoyed our dinner! Every bite was heavenly and our waitress was so helpful and attentive.

The food came out before the appetizer. The noodles smelled and were burned. Buffalo chicken sandwich was cold. No ketchup dipping sauce for French fries.

I really appreciate the clear listing for dietary restrictions here + lots of gluten-free options! All the seafood was so fresh and good quality.

However the food was too salty for all the 3 items we ordered, and the atmosphere was lacking for the price.

I go to true foods regularly and order it from door dash. I ordered Penang curry with shrimp and I got Salmon. I also ordered the charred cauliflower and got a crazy small portion. Feels like the are cheaping out these days. Too bad so I am out.

Really a bummer, this place used to be better. Really poor service, we eat out a lot and almost never complain about service but just not good. Brussel sprouts terrible and spicy, usually love brussels almost anywhere else. Fries are air fried and not great. Really a bummer of a place these days

Shoutout Jose! Top tier service and made sure our gluten allergy was mentioned to the chef! I definitely will come back he made my birthday a memorable experience!

Food used to be quality. Ate here three weeks ago and ordered the same kale salad which had grilled chicken and tasted good. Received this sketchy looking chicken and freezing cold. It will be a good dog treat but I won’t be consuming this.
