Love coming here when we come to California… we don’t get this kind of food in upper Ohio… the menu is great. Our server Cloe was amazing and so knowledgeable. She gave us recommendations for gluten free options. The gluten free sausage pizza was amazing (however needed more cheese)
We will be coming back! She also told us about the true food in Columbus!!!

The only place I know that avoids using inflammatory vegetable oils. You feel energized after eating here!

Update: As always, great service. I still think they lack consistency, every time I order the same salad and it is different. But the service was awesome.

Had a great experience at True Food Kitchen today. The food was fresh, healthy, and really well prepared. Everything felt clean, balanced, and flavorful.
Our server Lilly took great care of us—super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out perfectly. The service was smooth from start to finish and she made the whole experience even better.
Definitely one of the better healthy dining spots around. Looking forward to coming back. — Melita🫶🏾🥰
