Would not dine here. Their prices are over inflated. Unreal
I greatly enjoyed coming down and having breakfast daily during my stay.I elected to do the buffet which is $30 a day if you’re non-Globalist.Now for a wide variety of different options, depending on the day. Consistently there is eggs, bacon, pork sausage, chicken, sausage, fruit, bread, bagels, and many items.

Had dinner here 3 nights in a row. Appetizer & Main Course each time. Everything was great and way better than you'd expect for a hotel restaurant.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Everything looked clean . The refrigerator in the room was beeping and that was quite annoying. It was a little confusing to turn on the lamps but other than that it was a good stay.
Amazing food, great service! Everything on the menu is great, the Chef has been here for years and really presents the food in a beautiful way!

We stayed here when we were visiting Disneyland. The hotel is about a 20 minute drive from the park, which worked well for us. Hotel staff was very friendly (especially Lupe in the restaurant). The room was perfect for what we needed. Food at the restaurant was even better than we expected, and we would have eaten there more during our stay had we known that before our last evening. We did eat 1 dinner and 1 breakfast there, though. The only downside for us was the $30/night parking fee. It's honestly probably comparable to other parking fees at hotels in the area, but just seemed a little steep since it was self-parking and the lot was never much more than 1/2 full in the evenings.
The hotel was adequate. The only negative was that we were given a queen bed instead of a king bed ... and we couldn't control the air conditioner. We had to call the front desk during 80% of our stay.
This hotel was amazing; I was really impressed with my stay. The hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff are wonderful. They even wrote a letter thanking me for choosing hyatt with a fiji water and snacks. That was so thoughtful. I would absolutely recommend this location specifically for anyone staying in the Anaheim area.
$330 a night for a nice room. Some holes in terms of cleanliness (bathroom, and smelly towel) but lots of nice things about it, too. Overall, the room felt clean and modern and it was a peaceful night's rest.
Definitely a hotel you need to stay at!! The staff are all extremely friendly and personable most notably Amy at the front desk! The hotel is exceptionally clean and the housekeeping staff who cleaned my room daily did an outstanding job daily! I always enjoy staying at Hyatt Regency hotels throughout the world !!

This is a decent business hotel that has been mostly remodeled in a contemporary fashion. It is definitely worth staying in the Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Irvine area. The downside is expensive parking, but I suspect that is standard in this area. As a Hyatt Globalist, breakfast was free and our server (Guadalupe) was fantastic. The rooms are modern and clean. The front desk could do a better job acknowledging a loyalty members status... As petty as it may sound, it is a nice touch when you are spending in excess of 60 nights a year being loyal to a brand.
I anticipated that the Hyatt Regency would be a more upscale facility than it actually was. Insulation between rooms and floors more like a Motel 6 and not Hyatt Regency. Very disappointing. Will look for other possibilities next time I visit Orange County.
The hotel is newly remodeled and more importantly the service was OUTSTANDING! Every employee that I encountered from the front desk, to the engineer to room service was kind and genuinely helpful. We stayed for a water polo tournament and they were so accommodating and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel.
Showed up to an empty restaurant with no one at the counter. Very disappointed to have taken a date somewhere that wasn't ready to serve us! Would recommend they remove this from Open table so others don't have this problem. The hotel manager asked us to sit and wait until someone arrived to help us...
Nice and quiet
