Absolute S. show with their new automated system. You enter your order at a Kiosk (no one in front or there to answer any questions,) people sitting for long periods waiting for a simple hamburger. The staff looks completely confused and it took me 20 minutes to get a single cheeseburger. Everyone was complaining and very frustrated.

They take your order in person outside now. With someone who doesn’t know menu. Then don’t get your order right. And the 1 thing they got “correct” was swimming in oil made everything soggy. DO NOT order wing sauce chicken

This place is just pathetic. To start they always get orders wrong. I order spicy nuggets and they give you regular. You ask for ranch and they dont give it to you. OHHHH but today they purposely filled the spicy nugget order with ONLY 3 spicy nuggets and the rest of them were regular. Please dont waste your time going here. Go to taco bell down the street or in-n-out 5 mins away. Place is trash. $20 an hour for nothing.

Took 20 min to get food that was already made because they were short people. They never even looked at helping the done in people just the drive thru. They make their people problems the customers problem.

Please tell me why it is company policy to hand me my drink WITHOUT a straw! The straw does not belong in the food bag. Please don't make me wait until you hand me my food to give me a straw.
It's the dumbest policy ever. I promise to give a better review when this policy had been changed.

Mr. Armando always surprises me with new ways of providing great customer service each time I visit this restaurant. It is like I would visit for the 1st time again, so one feels great to go eat at this Wendy's. In fact, I have a Wendy's next to my house in Irvine, but I will drive to this restaurant because it has the best customer service, smiles and staff. I have observed 1st hand how this great manager treats each customer and his crew with respect, active listening, patience and friendliness. Mr. Armando exemplifies phenomenal people skills. He should be training other restaurants to make a difference there too. He is a great assest to Wendy's. My family enjoys this place. A super kudos to him and his team!!!!

It's been a long time since I've had Wendy's and I came here for the kids meal that comes with cute Halloween figurines. I ordered the chicken nuggets with fries and unsweetened iced tea. The chicken nuggets were yummy. I know i've hear people say they're good and I have to agree. I had honey mustard to dip it in and that was good too. The fries were tasty and would definitely recommend it. The size of the meal was perfect, I didn't feel too guilty.
