First even after I confirmed reservation with open table , I hit a call insisting that we show up 10 minutes prior to reservation time with all 6 of us even though we have a firm reservation. When we went there, it was 20% empty! Waited a while to get drinks and no follow up during meal. The appetizers are substandard, the mushroom pasta had 5 pieces of pasta. Falafel salad lacked basic understanding of Mediterranean food. Nebiolo listed on menu was not available. They non chalantly included 20% tip assuming they have done a great job(far from It)

The service is just not good. With reservation took forever to be seated and waiter took forever to take out order, bring our food. The food wasn't good. In addition the grilled broccolini was super salty to point that not eatable.

Waterfront dining in lido village at its best. Came by for some breakfast and to catch up on emails. Was able to accomplish both with picturesque views. Staff was friendly and lots of of great food or coffee options.
I love Zinque in Arizona but this one is even better!!!

Initial interaction with hostess was poor, the two hostesses were laughing and had a conversation while we stood and waited for them to acknowledge us. The location is nice but it seems like they only seat larger groups inside and seat all parties of 2 outside, on an awkward small table located literally on the boardwalk of the pier where people are constantly walking past and literally brushing against our table, we had multiple dogs walking by stop and sniff our food. The night we went it was below 50° and the heat lamp near me was turned off, so I was obviously very cold and honestly just wanted to eat and leave. The food was just okay, but since we were seated outside all the food got cold really quick, I would say my food didn't even stay warm 2 minutes for me to enjoy. They also got my boyfriend's order wrong, and when he told them he ordered the short ribs, and not a burger the food runner just walked away and we had to call him back. By the time he received his food I was done eating, which made it awkward and a poor date experience. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

Beautiful place to sit and have breakfast. The coffee is great and so is the food. I highly recommend this place if you want to sit near water and enjoy some good food and coffee.

Service can ruin the experience. Things go wrong but you need to make an effort to fix it. My wife has several dietary restrictions and all was included in the reservation and review with the waiter. Somehow they accidentally served my wife dairy and the waiter caught it but a bit late. But the server and managers really did nothing. Apologized kind of. When things go wrong which they can fix it. Nothing with comped. And best yet, they listed the item as discounted on the bill due to waiter error but we never really ate it other than a few bites before they informed us it had butter and the dish was removed because no one eats butter at the table. It completely ruined the meal and my wife is now suffering from severe cramps. Restaurants need to take allergies seriously.
