I tried to call 5 times to ask to move the res , phone never went through. I get there late and tell the server and he told me I was wrong. Stop being cheap and fix your damn phone.

Sunday morning bkfst not crowded. Server was nice but disappeared. Meals were decent but would like broader breakfast offering.

Food was meh but service was quick with the kids. Overpriced for gray tuna tartare (server took it off our bill), skip the steak frites. Just get the burger and you'll be good.

Great food and location spoiled by near terrible serving. The server spilled coke all over my wife and her LV purse. Just a non-sincere feeling “sorry”. We didn't want to make a scene given we're with 10 other people. Nothing comped or given even though we now have to dry clean. The split bill was nice, but getting rushed out by your server after spending hundreds of dollars on a birthday dinner is never fun. Oh yeah also no mention or cares that it was my wife's birthday.

The Happy Hour menu was good and prices ok. The presence of so many pigeons took away from the atmosphere. My husband asked for sweetener for his iced tea and ended up getting it for himself at the bar. It wasn't a bad experience, but not sure if I would go back.

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced in eating out, which we do approximately four times a week. After being sat down, our drink and food order was taken and we never saw our server the entire time until we had to ask a different server for our check. My wife ordered the steak frites, She ordered the steak medium rare and it was actually well done!  we did not have an opportunity for them to correct it because we never saw our waiter. My wife glanced inside the restaurant and saw our waiter sitting in a booth with the host taking a lunch break.  We should have stuck with our regular, Lido bottle works or Shorebird. We will never visit this restaurant again.

We are of French descent and other than the name, the place didn't feel very French. Also, it was my birthday, and I indicated such on the reservation. However, the server did not greet us with a "Who's birthday is it tonight?" and the place did not offer a birthday dessert. Only noticed because most restaurants ask. Not trying to get something for free and ordered the flourless chocolate cake w/vanilla gelato. It was yummy. Overall, it was good, but we probably won't return.

Steak frites was ordered medium with chimichurri on the side and came back well done with chimichurri on top. It was sent back and came back corrected. By that point, my husband's meal was finished. Nothing was offered in the meantime while I waited, and nothing was taken off our bill to compensate. My husband's bolognese was okay, definitely nothing special. The best part of the experience was the ambiance. Everything else needs improvement.
