These guys make it right. At 3:30pm, I ordered two XL’s over the phone, for a 5:30pm pickup. When I showed up, they realized they’d made the pizzas like right when I ordered, and they insisted I take home fresh ones, so they made fresh ones on the spot, and let me take home the others too. I walked out with 4 pizzas. I appreciated the commitment to customer service. Highly recommended.

Delicious! I ordered a white cheese pizza (no red sauce), with sausage, pineapple, mushrooms, and banana peppers. It was wonderful! I liked it better without the banana peppers because they were a little spicy for me, but either way, I loved it! Service was quick and friendly.Dietary restrictions: They had gluten-free options

Newport Beach location, very clean, friendly staff, and the toppings were evenly and fully distributed to the very edge of the crust cooked perfectlyThe staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous

I called yesterday evening, around 5:30 pm, to order pizza to be delivered. I have a child with severe, life threatening allergies to all nuts, and an allergy to gluten and dairy. In the past, Zpizza employees have been more than kind and accommodating to me when I order. Last night, Zpizza employee Jason picked up the phone. I kindly asked him to verify the ingredients in the gluten-free pizza crust since sometimes almond flour is added to some gluten-free products. I explained the severity of my son's allergic reaction and why I need to know. Jason, after a few minutes of stumbling around to locate the ingredients, said he doesn't have them. What was really shocking and disturbing is that he told me that I am holding up the line, by asking to make sure my son doesn't go into an anaphylactic shock, so he had other people to serve! He didn't even care!!! How terrible!

Pizza is pretty average, but the teens who work the register are always very sweet with my kiddos whenever we come in, and overall just a solid go-to convenient spot

Pizza good ... bad batch of Gorgonzola cheese when bad over night ... got sick too sick to refund or write a review till now .... order the 2 for 25 best offer but when the cheese went bad it was a waste of money and dark cloud over their name. The other 3 pizzas perfect and great but the one I wanted nearly killed me too much penicillin on the pizza... check your stock before you make it and for oc and in the extra high overprice Richyy rich part of town inexcusable and a serious black eye on your name of mud for trying to sell it in the first place without quality control .... too much marijuana burning over there I guess.. wake and spend the money on fresh or fold up your tent and close your door...... :(

Last night for the first time we decided to go to our neighborhood pizza! Z pizza, it was a big disappointment. Start with the size they have single pizza as small an on! Then we asked for extra cheese mushrooms, onions, pepperoni. The barista was like pie crust! Chess was much less than normal amount even we asked and paid for extra ! And museum they may used the most two mushrooms. It was the worst pizza I ever had if you compose it to little Cesar pizza or Costco pizza they worth unbelievably 100 percent better than this one in Newport east bluff, I have no idea about rest of the branches. I remember they use to sell pizza in Irvine movie theater and it was good pizza then, I have no idea what happened to them that they are making such a self creation pizza so pathetic, I hope this review be printed so they may do something about it.

We do order from zpizza quite often and this location has been our favorite. I found the dough to be of higher quality and they do actually try to follow the requests/instructions for online orders. I love the Mexican pizza and the wild mushroom but we also commonly order customized pizza (wheat dough, pesto and tons of cheese). The great pizza aside, the parking can be an issue here specially the narrow stalls. Of course not that big of a deal when ordering delivery!

I always always make a stop to this ZPizza when I am in this shopping center for a slice or two. They sell pizza by the slice usually with two or three varieties available. That's how to do it! It never disappoints! And I feel upper class with the jazz music playing in the background as I leave the store outside. It's an experience that's second to none :) but seriously the pizza is pretty good. I've never had a bad slice here. Thank you for selling pizza by the slice and always being there when I need you. See you next time!
