The man that took our order, who I believe is the manager, was very kind, answered all my questions about the menu, brought my food out to where i was sitting, and cleared my trash! I teach young adult students and today we were practicing calling customer service at various establishments. I’d like to “give a tip” to whomever answered the phone at Via Lido Z-pizza today that hanging up on people is not very friendly and that kindness and patience can go a long way.

When both me and my friend mention OLIVES and we don't get it, you don't get to treat us like criminals and blame us for YOUR mistake, than offer us olives on the side for an extra charge!

Been going here for years. It's the best pizza around. I order the large pizza, 1/2 Mushroom 1/2 Tuscan and the California Salad that is big enough to feed 4. Everyone loves it every time. Consistently great! I pick it up on my way home or use Grub Hub to deliver which is free with Amazon Prime. Their lunch specials are a very good deal too. If you park in the parking lot & go across the street to the Lido Village you will be towed. That parking lot is only for this center.
Parking: There is a large parking lot but do not park in it & go across the street to visit Lido Village. Your car will be towed away. Lido Village has a 2 story building to park & also valet service.
