The man that took our order, who I believe is the manager, was very kind, answered all my questions about the menu, brought my food out to where i was sitting, and cleared my trash! I teach young adult students and today we were practicing calling customer service at various establishments. I’d like to “give a tip” to whomever answered the phone at Via Lido Z-pizza today that hanging up on people is not very friendly and that kindness and patience can go a long way.
Employee very rude asking to many question not helping for pickup order snobby dogs

When both me and my friend mention OLIVES and we don't get it, you don't get to treat us like criminals and blame us for YOUR mistake, than offer us olives on the side for an extra charge!
