Ruined dining experience by a $600 tow bill. It is unsafe to use your parking lot as they tow even paying customers including the elderly & disabled! You must do something about your parking management company & the employees!

10/10 service, the owner was so kind and welcoming to my family. He gave them cookies and split their dish for them without me having to ask. Food was fantastic but it’s the service that stood out to me. I get self conscious eating at restaurants with my small children, and it was so nice to feel welcomed and valued.

The man that took our order, who I believe is the manager, was very kind, answered all my questions about the menu, brought my food out to where i was sitting, and cleared my trash! For a quick service place, that goes way beyond my expectations. Pricing is standard, not expensive ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯

This Pizza is Bomb. Try the Honey Hot Pepperoni or the Napoli and they won’t disappoint. We were able to feed 9 people with 2 xl pizzas and 2 salads.

I teach young adult students and today we were practicing calling customer service at various establishments. I’d like to “give a tip” to whomever answered the phone at Via Lido Z-pizza today that hanging up on people is not very friendly and that kindness and patience can go a long way.
