I never order from food trucks and this will be the last time; lesson learned. I order some asada fries for $17 and instead of getting the food in a regular to go container or plate. They stuffed it all in a tiny size box, unable to mix the jalapenos ,sour cream, fries , with out making a huge mess. Very disappointed on serving size and value . 😥

We recently got their bubble waffle ice cream at Pismo Beach during 4th of July at the Pier and it was super good!! It’s big so my family and I shared it. It was fresh, the waffle was soft and crispy and not overly sweet! Same goes for the ice cream it was not overly sweet which is appreciated! We got to watch them make it so that was fun all the girls working did a great job making it in a timely manner. Definitely recommend the bubble waffle it’s so yummy!! I want to say that I hardly ever write reviews but the burrito I ordered from Tio Pepe’s food truck today was by far the best carne asada burrito that I’ve had in my 32 years of life and more people need to know about this.

It was nice they were pretty busy. They have a little seating area right by their stand. They essentially have two different stalls. One serves standard food and stuff like horchata and aquafresca. The other ones serves little specialty churro ice cream things. Both take a little while because the stand tends to be pretty busy. But the food is good quality and they try and be pretty quick. It's a food stand at the swap meet so have food stand at the swap meet expectations.
Be careful when booking them for your event. 2 hours before our event, they called to say that they drove by our location and decided to park 1 block away from our event space for more foot traffic and also stated that their trailer can not be disconnected from their truck and therefore they could not fit at our location which was not the agreement we had with them. They still could’ve fit at our space with both trailer and truck connected, but refused to try because they saw a better opportunity and took it. Being our only food vendor for that evening, it greatly affected us and our marketplace vendors. It turned our fun event into a stressful one. Not very professional at all.
