I ordered takeout online from Stefono's today. Food was delicious, as always. But the customer service was what stood out to me today. I went in to see if my order was ready and he let me know just a few more minutes. I went back to my car. Before I could roll down the window in my car, he was walking out with my order. Legit Chicago-Italian style sandwich shop! Hearty and delicious, authentic style, they will fill your belly!This place makes you feel like it's just another day in downtown Chicago and you're grabbing a bite at your favorite local shop down the block. Stefono's is a family owned and run hot dog joint that also serves sandwiches, Italian ice and gelato. They are always on point. Food is excellent. Very nice guys, always helpful. I would highly recommend them, especially to families with teenage boys.
