Visiting Norco for work and ate at black horse twice (group vote - I wouldn’t normally eat at the same place twice in rapid succession) Burger one night and fish and chips the 2nd visit. The food was good both evenings - healthy sized portions (ok overly healthy but hey we overeat in america). Service was poor the first night, but excellent the 2nd night. Happy hour prices on drinks are pretty good and a big draft beer that went down quickly after the flight from the east coast.

Always been a fan of this spot...food is delicious and the atmosphere is laid back & loungy. The last 5 out of 6 times I have placed a to-go order for dinner, my meals have been completely wrong or missing items...and not just ketchup...entire meals. The manager has always been gracious in offering a refund when I call, but I'd rather not have to. No longer on my go-to list of tried & true :(

I stopped in for lunch and had the steak and eggs with was $19.99 and it was worth every penny. The blonde waitress was very sweet and stopped by several times to see how I was doing. I love the atmosphere in there and see why many people use this place for buisiness.
