“Was recommended this dumpling house. I was told that this place is better than Din tai Fung and was eager to see for myself! We got there around 5:30pm and the place was filled with happy customers, with smiles and enjoyment, tables filled with bamboo trays packed with steaming xiao long bao and plates of dishes draped in chili oil. I knew I was going to be in for a treat. Looking at the menu I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable and fairly priced all their dishes were! We ordered more than we could eat knowing we would not finish our meal with the fear of missing out on something delicious. The service was fast and the food was out of this world! I would recommend this place to everyone! This dumpling house is an absolute hidden gem that I will continue to come to for years!“

Nice people , they always make my dishes for me since I have got to watch the salt so they add little or none for me and add extra garlic. “12/13/2024 – I ordered the beef with string beans online, but received green beans instead. You might want to double-check the difference between the two. The beef was quite chewy, so I ended up discarding it. However, the meal was still flavorful, and the green beans were good. That said, I was expecting string beans as listed on the menu.“

“As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly by Candy. I later met Candy's partner, Ringo. Both were friendly and welcoming. Candy asked if it was my first time and then assisted me with suggestions. At that point, I became part of the Ho Choy Restaurant family through friendliness and hospitality.
The food was tasty and fresh, the portions were generous and the iced coffee/tea mixed beverage was refreshing to top off the meal, just as Candy suggested.

“Being an avid Costco shopper I found myself exploring the other stores in the shopping center and was excited to find authentic Chinese food. Compared to favorites in Los Angeles and Orange County this place really surprised me. I ordered the combination fried rice and kung pao three meat. The rice was fresh and flavorful with no shortage of meat. Great portion for a great price.

The Kung Pao veggie/meat ratio was a little to heavy on the veggie side in my opinion. However I went back the same week for some more of that combo fried rice. I will be back again to try other things such as the Sizzlin Fried Rice Soup.“

“Well they definitely deserve a 4.3 star I’m giving a five star everything was amazing probably some of the best orange chicken even though it was more like sweet-and-sour that I’ve ever had delicate crispy gooey, the Kung Pao with the three ingredients was totally awesome and the chow mein with the three ingredients Killer in all a WOW experience great service will definitely go back many times

“Everyone was right, huge portions for a good price. If you are looking to stuff your gut you have come to the right place.

Only thing off-putting was the vegetable egg roll. The middle was cold. Not like luke-warm...actually refrigerator-cold.

Maybe they popped them out of the fridge, rolled the outside on the flat top, then stuck them under the heat lamp and hoped for the best.

As a holder of a food-handlers card... The food is in the danger-zone AF.

If you are one of those people who can leave pizza on the stove overnight, eat it in the morning, and not get sick, this place is for you.

“First visit with a friend who has been there multiple times and is one of her favorites. Ordered Walnut Shrimp, MaPo Tofu, Sautéed Eggplant, "A" Vegetable, Hot Chili Pepper Whole Fish. All dishes were delicious. My only disappointment was the amount of fish ratio to the price. Extensive menu and looking forward to returning to try other dishes.“

I also ordered a fresh shrimp fried rice and Mongolian beef. Both of the rice dishes were very dry and hard (worse the next day) and the Mongolian lacked flavor. Going forward Vincent was handling the order taking and serving and taking orders which is hard working of him and through this time I observed he was patient and treated every customer in a fair timely manner. but in reality panda needs to better their service by prioritizing mobile orders first!
