After waiting several minutes for someone to come and seat us at another pizza place down the street, we decided to leave and give this place a whirl. Place is bright, clean, tons of seating and lots of tvs. Girl behind counter was nice. Pricing: RIDICULOUS! $30 for a small, so we got two personal pans, it was still $13.99 each. Plus two drinks $50. (We just had a FULL meal at Jonos -rice, salmon, shrimp, soup, salad- for $20 each!!!!) No wonder the place was empty! The only other negative was the fact that a table of adults were chatting while the 4 elementary kids were running around, standing and climbing on tables and chairs, yelling, etc. Not the best experience. Sadly, we will not be back.

Great food, service, ambiance! This location is huge they have a private party room you can reserve, an arcade for for all ages, a bar you can sit at and LOTS of TVs to enjoy all sorts of programs! The food is amazing and the service is wonderful!

Horrible customer service! In town from Missouri to visit family and the manager was very rude and sarcastic. He gave us a pitcher of beer that was leaking from the bottom and instead of just bringing us a new pitcher to put it in he came to the table and lifted it up while it's dripping and said to drink it fast and fill up our cups. We were very shocked that it was made in to a big deal versus just giving us a new pitcher so it wasn't leaking all over the table we had to clean up. Didn't seem to care at all to make sure customers were happy. I didn't expect this as everywhere we have been in California has been great customer service. A family member told him that was rude and he said, "Do you just want me to take the beer away?" very very rude! I would not recommend coming here if you want good customer service. He also gave us a hard time about a dairy allergy that one of our family has. Just not okay to treat customers the way he did. Go somewhere else.

I ordered my pizzas and waited for the order to be completed. It took so long to get it. I went to the counter to see what was taking so long, even though I was the only customer in the place. I was told it would be out in a few minutes. When it wasn't out in a few minutes, I went back to see why. I was asked to see my receipt for the 2nd time. After checking to see what happened, the young man claimed he had called me twice to pick it up. I told him he was lying because I was the only person waiting for my pizzas.

Well kaly the girl who delivered our pizza and takes orders does a wonderful and awesome job and Ross as well but Paul omg should not be awnering the phones and Rolando every time I call to order lunch for the crew he always says they don't deliver until after 4 pm And when I get another person they can deliver but Rolando always says no I wonder how much money the company loses when he goes no delivery until after 4 pm lol hahaha ok then
