Very clean very high quality super friendly service
As a local resident, I can confirm this is one of the best ice cream spots around. Prices are not bad for quality ingredients & amazing customer service! Shout out to Jasmine! Definitely will be coming back for lots more!
My husband and I just left Lappert’s after trying it for the first time - it was amazing! The banana ice cream and the date ice cream were stand-outs. We can’t wait to come back to try more. Most of all, the service we received will bring us back. The young lady they have working greeted us right away so sincerely and cheerfully. Lappert's Ice Cream & Coffee is a cozy, comfortable, clean, and nice spot with a great atmosphere. The ice cream is absolutely legit, amazing, delicious, and really good, with many noting it is not too sweet and has the perfect amount of sweetness. They offer plenty of flavors, including Mocha Chip, Pecan Praline, Horchata Cajeta, Banana Cream, Princess Cake, Kauai Pie, Hawaiian crumble, and the Cookie Monster with giant chunks of cookie dough and Oreo.
Service is consistently super friendly, knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and efficient. The staff is very generous with samples, allowing customers to try many flavors. In addition to scoops, they offer various treats like Sundaes, floats, ice cream milkshakes, and big cookies baked in-store. The place is always kept clean, well-lit, and is a great place to go and hang out for a nice, cold treat. Many customers plan to return to try more flavors.
