Prob one of the most inconsistent kitchens in NORCO. The “manager” on Aug 24 2025 was The last straw. After 10 yrs of patronizing this establishment. We’re done. The quality and consistency is gone. After the remodel it’s been nothing but issues, the kitchen staff, waiters, not answering phones for Togo orders and just overall consistency. Life’s not cheap and food is a premium. You can’t be average and charge close to $50 for 2 steak salads and somehow mess up both of them and forget to add all the toppings that normally come with it and send out steaks with 3/4 of it inedible steak full of fat.
Like the manager said “yeah it happens” “what do you want us to do about it?” Well, after 5-6 weeks in a row, hoping it would get fixed, talking to the GM multiple times about the consistency.
Never coming back.

To the short, white woman who served my friend and I on the evening of 06/25/25, SHAME ON YOU.
I have never experienced such poor service in my life. It was blatantly clear that we were being discriminated against due to our race, the treatment we received was unacceptable. When we tried to order our drinks, the server asked see our IDs, then accused us of using fake IDs. Despite assuring her that our IDs were legitimate, she confiscated them. We were only able to retrieve them after the bartender confirmed they were real.
Throughout the evening, she deliberately avoided our table and gave us dirty looks any time we tried to place an order or simply request water or sauces. It took a long time just to get her attention. When she finally approached, she would roll her eyes and often pass us off to the bartender, even when they were clearly busy.
The discrimination was so evident that the table next to us noticed and even commented on the stark difference in service compared to other guests.
This was a deeply disappointing and disheartening experience at Saddle Sore. My father has loved this place for over 15 years, and it breaks my heart to think that my family or anyone else could be subjected to this kind of treatment in a place that should feel familiar and welcoming.

Came here a couple of times when I came to visit my brother. It was a pretty good place, and I had a good time. A game of pool cost a dollar they had a live band one night, and they were really good. Service was good better when it was slower.But the food was excellent
